In this 2-hour class we’ll learn the science behind energy healing in the physical, mental and emotional bodies. We’ll cover the ways in which stuck emotions, trauma and patterns of behavior can affect your well-being, and learn practical ways to release energy blockages and regulate your nervous system. The goal is to feel empowered over your health, wellness and creative potential.

This 2-hr class will re-frame the issue of feeling stuck by looking deeper into the principals at play within yourself, including the ego, responsibility, and forgiveness.
